Dr Gaskin has been through years of accredited training in all procedures performed

Cataract and Pterygium Surgery
Dr Gaskin offers modern small incision sutureless cataract surgery. He uses a wide variety of intraocular implants to customise outcomes for each individual. He has an extremely low complication rate across thousands of procedures performed.
He also performs pterygium surgery using modern suture-less techniques that significantly reduce post-operative discomfort

Eyelid Surgery
The eyelid has unique function that can easily be upset. A combination of expertise that recognises ocular surface health and eyelid appearance is needed by any surgeon that operates here. Dr Gaskin offers an experienced approach in functional and cosmetic upper and lower lid blepharoplasty, ptosis surgery, and removal and reconstruction for periocular facial skin cancer.

Tear Duct Surgery
Watering eyes are very common and cause a lot of distress. Watering can be caused by a number of issues, so extensive knowledge is required to make a correct diagnosis. This is best performed by a qualified oculoplastic surgeon. Dr Gaskin offers expertise in lower lid repositioning and tear duct bypass surgery. Tear duct bypass surgery can be performed via a skin incision or via the nose (endonasal approach - scarless).
